Dieudonné Nagiriwubunta, director of the memorial site that commemorates the brutal genocide of Rwanda’s Tutsis in 1994, is giving Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock (Greens) a tour of the site.
During her visit, she also discusses the elections in Congo and Germany’s asylum policy.
